All dishes of this desert state (Rajasthan) are going to amaze you with its flavourful and tasty charm. The traditional dishes owe to the ancient Rajput warriors, who would spend several months away from home. So they required some nutritious food to maintain their days.

Sev Ki Sabzi

Sev ki sabzi is also a traditional Rajasthani recipe which is an essential part of the Rajasthani thali. It also goes well with paratha, roti or naan for a delicious meal. It is prepared with tomato, sev, onion and other Indian spices.

Papad Ki Sabzi

Papad ki sabzi is another popular recipe of Rajasthan. The gravy is made of tomatoes and yogurt gravy with some garam masalas. When you have no vegetables in your kitchen then you have a chance to prepare the Papad Ki Sabzi. It is mainly served with Jeera Rice, Pindi chole, etc.

Kadhi Pakoda

The main thing about “Kadhi Pakoda” is the addition of crisp and fresh Gram flour(Besan) pakodas into the Kadhi. You will find the kadhi more flavourful than usual as I added some different spices to the recipe. If you are preparing Rajasthani Thali then this recipe is a must.
