Boiled potato- 2 nos
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder
Finely chopped onion- 2 medium nos
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder- 1 tbsp
Ready-made tamarind paste
Sev- 1/2 cup
Curd- 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilli- 2 nos
Black salt as needed
Readymade puri- 10 nos
- First get a bowl, add the boiled potato, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, chaat masala, finely chopped onion and chopped green chilli into them, then mash it properly and keep aside.
- Now for making dahi puri, add mashed potato inside the puri, then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, dahi, tamarind chutney and sev on the top.
- Then sprinkle some cumin powder, chaat powder, red chilli powder and bit salt on the top.
- Now your dahi puri is ready to be served.
