Ingredients
- For chicken marination
Chicken- 500 gms
Curd- 50 gms
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chicken masala powder- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Butter for shallow frying
Salt as per taste
- For gravy
Chopped onion- 1 large
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato- 2 medium
Almonds- 10 nos
Chicken masala powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cream- 1 small bowl
Butter as need
Salt as per taste
Directions
- For Marination
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder, curd, salt as per taste and mix properly then keep it aside for at least 15 minutes.
- Then heat butter in a pan, add the marinated chicken into the pan and fry it till it done both the sides. Then place it on a plate.
- For Gravy
- In the same pan add chopped onion, once onions are cooked add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, almonds, and fry it for 5 minutes. After done keep it aside and let it cool down.
- Then in a mixer jar, add all the frying ingredients and add some water then make a smooth paste.
- Now heat butter in a nonstick pan, when it starts melted, add the paste into it and fry it.
- Then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, chicken masala powder, and coriander powder into the masala and fry it till butter separates from the masala.
- Now add the fried chicken into them and add salt as per taste then fry it for sometime.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add some water into them and cover the lid.
- once chicken will be done properly, add fresh cream into the chicken and mix properly.
- Now switch off the flame, keto butter chicken is ready to serve.
